Insurance

Every effort is made to keep down the cost of dental care. We are happy to cooperate with you and your insurance company. In order to help you receive the maximum benefit your insurance provides, we ask that you provide our front office staff with required information such as insurance mailing address, group number, identification numbers and phone numbers. This way we may verify and help you understand your insurance benefits. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company, please remember that you are ultimately responsible for payment of fees to the office. Any balance remaining after 60 days is your responsibility and must be paid in full by you.  After 90 days we will apply a small monthly finance charge of 1.75% for unpaid balances.  We are in-network  providers for many insurance companies but not for all.  Please call if you have a question about your insurance as we can answer many of your insurance questions.

Financial Policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For patients without insurance, we offer a 10% discount when paid in full at the start of treatment.  Financing is available through outside agencies, such as Care Credit, on approved credit.  Please plan to pay the full balance at the time service is given.  Special arrangements can be made with our office but must be done ahead of treatment.  We reserve the right to utilize a collections services for accounts the are identified as delinquint over 90 days.
