Insurance
Every effort is made to keep down the cost of dental care. We are happy to cooperate with you and your insurance company. In order to help you receive the maximum benefit your insurance provides, we ask that you provide our front office staff with required information such as insurance mailing address, group number, identification numbers and phone numbers. This way we may verify and help you understand your insurance benefits. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company, please remember that you are ultimately responsible for payment of fees to the office. Any balance remaining after 60 days is your responsibility and must be paid in full by you. After 90 days we will apply a small monthly finance charge of 1.75% for unpaid balances. Please call if you have a question about your insurance as we can answer many of your insurance questions.
Financial Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Financing is available through outside agencies, such as Care Credit, on approved credit. Please plan to pay the full balance at the time service is given. We are happy to offer discounts for services...these will be presented to you at your appointments or over the phone.
We reserve the right to utilize a collections services for accounts the are identified as delinquent over 90 days.
